Clock Stop Competition

Since September the Young People and Adult Volunteers have been selling time.

In September a Pocket Watch was fully wound and sealed in a box and placed in a safe in a secret location.

The idea was to open the box on 15 Dec and see when the watch had stopped.
The Young People and Adult volunteers were then set the task to sell as many seconds as they could, the winning second would be that closest to the time on the watch. 720 Cards were produced each covering one minute over a 12 hours period and randomly distributed across participating Groups in the District. Each second sold would raise 1 for the Group.

The box has now been opened and the time on the watch was:

The winning second was sold by someone from the Tonypandy Group

The Winner will now be contacted to arrange the delivery of the prize. The Young Person who sold the winning second will also be receiving a 20 Go Outdoors Voucher

Well done to all those involved.
